At the Annual Convention of the Almond Alliance of California, Karen Lapsley from the Almond Board of California gave a presentation on Almond Alliance funded research improvements in almond biomass utilization. She noted some new varieties coming out of Australia that could be beneficial to California growers, and invited growers to attend the Almond Board’s upcoming almond food quality & safety symposium.
